Cancellation and refund

We accept cancellation until 00:00 on the day before the scheduled delivery day. If payment has already been taken, an order cancelled in time will be refunded in full.

To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@crumbly.cz or +420 773 568 257 and quote your order number.

Once the order has been included in the morning delivery route it cannot be cancelled and is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Crumbly cannot fulfil it.

Any refund is returned to the original payment method.
